  Customer service from the front desk was terrible. She was texting and I was standing right in front of her just waiting to check in. I finally said something and she responded with oh honey you should have said something. There are bells on the door, it's not hard to hear them. The nail tech was good. Overall the experience wasn't horrible but wasn't outstanding.
